This geyser erupted for an hour Friday morning on South Pantano Road before Tucson Water was able to shut it down. The water main was broken when a contract worker for Tucson Electric Power drilled into it. The 24-inch concrete pipe provides irrigation water to parks and golf courses near Pantano and South Research Loop. Repairs were set for this week.
