LEASES
● First Correctional Medical leased 2,588 square feet of office space at 205 W. Giaconda Way from David Halvorsen. Nancy Gansline, Oxford Realty Advisors, represented the tenant.
● Jackson Hewitt Tax Service leased 900 square feet of retail space at 3720 W. Ina Road from Donahue Schriber Realty Group LP. Tamra Williamson, Bourn Partners, represented both parties.
● Huntleigh Healthcare LLC leased 3,000 square feet at 2520 N. Coyote Drive for a new location from Coyote Drive Associates LLC. Rob Glaser, Picor Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the tenant. Ron Zimmerman and David Blanchette, Bourn Partners, represented the landlord.
● Inter-Fab Inc. leased the 4,408-square-foot facility at 862 E. 46th St. from Absolute Turning & Machine. Glaser represented both parties.
SALES
● Pantano Coastal LLC bought the 138-unit apartment complex at 260 S. Pantano Road from Ausonio Family Trust and others for $7 million.
● Jesson Properties LP bought the commercial building at 5315 E. Broadway from SDR Associates LLP for $1.1 million.
● Aurora Optical bought the 38,000-square-foot commercial building at 4400 S. Santa Rita Ave. from Buffalow Family Trust and others for approximately $4.8 million.
