New designer
Lynn Walck has joined the design team at Interior Expressions Design Showroom. She has a bachelor's degree in interior design from Maryville University and previously worked with Techline and Contents in Tucson. Walck is a commercial design specialist and focuses on home offices, custom furniture, kitchens and bathrooms.
Bank exec
Humberto N. Stevens was named assistant vice president and small business relationship manager for Bank One/Chase. He has more than 15 years of experience in small-business management, and in his new role will work to maintain and expand existing accounts, new acquisition and outreach to the business community.
Urology Care
Pamela A. Bogan has joined the staff at Urology Care. She is a board certified nurse practitioner and comes from Albany Medical Center, where she practiced adult and pediatric urology for six years. Bogan also served as a urology instructor at Albany Medical College.
Children's rehab
Children's Clinics for Rehabilitative Services has added five new community leaders to its board of directors. The new board members are Pam Henley Johnson, Diana Sheldon, Dr. John Stephens, Dr. Burt S. Strug and Matt Wandoloski.
Parks board
Kay Starkey, loan consultant for AHM Mortgage, was elected president of the Tucson Parks Foundation.
Also elected to the 2005-06 board are Steve Barlow, vice president, Ed Marshall, secretary, and Nena Ashton, treasurer.
Adams engineer
Clement "Mik" Mikulich was promoted to director of energy engineering at Adams and Associates Inc. He completed the principles and practice of engineering exam to become a registered professional engineer in Arizona. Mikulich also passed the Association of Energy Engineer's Certified Energy Manager exam.
'Mentor of year'
Ron Ratzlaff of 911 Collision Centers was named the national autobody technician "mentor of the year" at the National Autobody Congress and Exposition. The award is presented to an individual who has shown exceptional skill in training new technicians.
Planning Center
The Planning Center has promoted four employees. Robin Valenzuela was named project manager/senior planner; Nathan Troia was promoted to project manager/landscape designer; Josh Pope is now the Geographic Information Systems manager; and Jack Neubeck was named principal/director of business development.
Realtors board
The Tucson Association of Realtors has installed its 2006 board of directors and named officers. The 2006 officers are: Gary Best, president; Mike Waling, president-elect; Tom Sloyan, vice president; Dick Wroldsen, treasurer; and Dan Carapellucci, immediate past president.
